Google Analytics and Magento data in one place
Google Analytics, love it or hate it, it is backbone of e-commerce reporting. It’s everyone’s go to tool when trying to work out what the hell is happening on your store. Wouldn’t it be brilliant though if you could combine and access your Google Analytics and Magento data in one place. Well drum roll please……….. in Moco Insight you can!
That’s right Moco Insight has pimped up their reporting capabilities by integrating with Google Analytics. I know crazy right but we were prepared to take on the challenge and we delivered. So now you can access you Google Analytics and Magento data in one place.
Basically we have bought together your Magento and Google Analytics data into the one platform. From today you can link an order back to:
- A campaign
- A medium
- An ad group
- A source
- A keyword
I know imagine knowing how much a keyword made you over a time period, which customer purchased using that keyword and what products they purchased. It sounds to good to be true but the report below is proof we can deliver.
Due to the vast number of filters within Moco the possibilities are endless. Imagine knowing by country how many transactions and how much each search engine generates in sales for a specific period of time.
Or imagine being able to establish by campaign who purchased, how much and what products.
You can even report on your ad campaigns. Amazing!!!!!
What to know which customers come through on a specific campaign. Easy! Apply some Moco filters and in seconds you have the results.
Quite frankly we are concerned Moco Insight is going to be as popular as a Kanye West pop up store with all this extra reporting.
So what do you need to do to access this reporting. Well you need to:
- Sign up an 14 day for trial of Moco Insight
- If you are a Moco customer then make sure you are using the latest version of our API
- Click on the Google Analytics tab on the API page and follow the instructions explaining how to integrate your account
- Make sure you are using Google Analytics E-Commerce tracking – it won’t work with out
It should all take a total of 5 minutes to set up on your end and then wait a few hours while we update our system. Simple!!!
We hope you loved this new level of reporting as much as we do. We are only just beginning integrating your Google Analytics and Magento data. We shall be releasing more reports soon.
